Pick-Up Location: Pick-up is provided from major resorts and condominiums in the West and South Maui areas. Please refer to your voucher for the exact pick-up location for your tour. Please notice that tour buses are not allowed to be pick-up at residential areas or B&Bs.
IMPORTANT: If a pick-up is unavailable for your location, an alternate location will be designated. It will be your responsibility to be at the location to join your tour.
What to wear or bring:
Due to much lower temperatures at the summit, you should dress in layers, warm and comfortable, since as you head down the mountain, temperatures will rise again.
Bring your battery-charged camera or phone with plenty of memory for your pictures.
You should also bring CASH or a CREDIT CARD for gratuity to your guide so you can purchase a meal at the meal stop.
- Dress Warmly: It’s essential to wear warm clothing, as temperatures can drop to around 20 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Haleakalā National Park Admission: Entry fees are included in the tour.
- Ranger Station: A stop will be made at the Haleakalā National Park Ranger Station.
- Comfortable Transportation: Guests will enjoy a pleasant drive to the “House of the Sun,” with breathtaking sunset viewing at 9,740 feet that is sure to leave a lasting impression.
- Mini Coach Vehicle: This small group tour is conducted in a mini coach equipped with large windows for optimal viewing.

Departure & Return Location:
- Hotel pickup is included from major Maui hotels. Guests should enter the name of their hotel at the time of reservation and contact the Reservations Department at 808-877-4242, 24 hours prior to the tour to confirm pickup details. Note that pickups are not permitted in residential areas or B&Bs.

- April 1 – September 30 (Summer Schedule): Depart at 2:00 PM, Return at 9:00 PM
- October 1 – March 31 (Winter Schedule): Depart at 1:30 PM, Return at 8:30 PM

All stops are weather and time permitting. Your guide will do everything possible to make every intended stop, however, circumstances such as weather, road, or traffic conditions may cause canceling some scheduled stops.
IMPORTANT: No refunds will be issued if the sunset is not visible due to inclement weather conditions.
Participants who depend on the use of walkers or wheelchairs: This tour can accommodate those with special needs who require wheelchair access, provided the request is made at least 72 hours prior to tour start time.

This Activity Provider adopts a STRICT 48-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY. Cancellations MUST be received 2 days prior to your tour, NO EXCEPTIONS! You may call us at 808-707-7260 two days prior to your tour date so we can refund the total paid on your tour. There will be NO REFUNDS to cancellations made in less than 3 days or to those who NO-SHOW to their tour.
Please call us at 808-707-7260 between the hours of 7 am and 7 pm H.S.T., at least 72 hours before your tour’s start time to cancel and receive a full refund.
