Rappel Maui’s Rappel Adventure Highlights

What to expect…

  • You will meet your guide at a beautiful 30-acre botanical garden, where you will be fitted with Rappel Maui’s top-rated equipment.
  • Take a short hike over private trails through a rainforest.
  • Watch a brief demonstration by your guides and train using your equipment while overlooking the valley (an excellent spot for some pictures!)
  • Rappel 60 feet down a jungle wall
  • Rappel down a 50-foot waterfall into a natural pool
  • Take a short swim to the shallow side of the pool, then relax (another perfect spot for some awesome pictures!).
  • Go down another 30-foot waterfall and take another short swim.
  • Hike back to the top through a canopy of plants, trees, and ferns, before returning to the starting point.

All Participants (Ages 10 up): $189 + tax/fees = $196.88

Location – 10600 Hana Hwy, Haiku (between mile markers 10 & 11, approximately 1 hour from Kahului).
Days: Monday thru Saturdays
Tour Times: 8 am, 9:15 am, 11:45 am & 1 pm
Check-in Time: 10 minutes before tour time
Duration: 3 hours (Approximately)

What to wear or bring:
* Rappel Maui will provide you with a neoprene boot with a felt sole, which you can hike, rappel and swim with.  You may wear your own footwear, but please be advised that whatever you wear may get muddy or even stained.
* For your comfort, you should wear board shorts, longer swim trunks, or light-weight pants, a quick-drying shirt, a rash guard, or a tank top.
* You can wear glasses and sunglasses, be sure to bring your strap.
* Cameras and cell phones are welcome; however, be sure to securely strap them to yourself, as they could get damaged during the tour.
* Bring your reef-safe sunscreen or clothes that help block the sun, a towel, and a set of clothes you can change into after the tour.
* Bring CASH and/or Credit Card for meals and refreshments before or after the tour,  and guide gratuity.

The following restrictions MUST be met by ALL participants, including HIKERS (Non-Rappellers)

Minimum Age: 10
Minimum weight: 70 lbs    Maximum weight: 250 lbs
** All participants will be privately weighed at check-in**
Waist Requirement: Between 22 & 48 inches

Requirements (Anyone found not to meet the following requirements will be turned away without any compensation):
* Participants MUST wear provided gear (helmets, hooks, etc.)
* Hikers and rappellers MUST wear the required equipment and hike about a half-mile with an elevation change of about 300 feet.
* No pregnant riders
* No one under the influence of drugs or alcohol

Liability Waiver
All participants must sign individual Waiver Forms on-site. A parent or legal guardian must sign the release for guests under the age of 18 to zipline.

***48-Hour Cancellation Policy***

Please call us at 808-707-8105 between the hours of 7 am and 7 pm H.S.T., at least 48 hours before your tour’s start time to cancel and receive a full refund.

**We DO NOT accept cancellation requests made via text, voicemail, or email. You MUST call to cancel your tour.**

Refunds will not be issued on:
* NO-SHOWS or LATE ARRIVALS
* Anyone who does not meet any of the necessary requirements to participate in this activity
