Pick Up Location – This tour picks up at most West, South and Central Maui hotels and condominiums, or guests will meet in Kahului at Target’s parking lot.
Pick Up Time: Varies according to your location. Please refer to your activity voucher for your exact pickup time.

- Dress in layers (warm clothes are important) to be prepared for the Haleakala summit area where the temperature can be as low as around 30 degrees Fahrenheit.

- A gratuity for your guide is not included (15-20% is recommended)
High Altitude Considerations:
This tour reaches an elevation of 10,023 feet, which may not be suitable for guests with heart or respiratory issues that could be affected by high altitude.
Temperature Awareness:
At the summit, temperatures can drop to 20-30 degrees Fahrenheit. We recommend dressing in warm layers to ensure your comfort during the tour.
Scuba Diving Restriction:
Guests who have recently participated in scuba diving must wait the recommended period before joining this high-altitude tour for safety reasons. For specific guidelines, please refer to resources such as the Divers Alert Network.
Road Conditions:
The route includes winding mountain roads with steep grades and tight turns. This tour is not advisable for pregnant women or guests with severe back issues or other conditions that may worsen during mountain driving.
Important Note:
Anyone prone to motion sickness should consider taking medication or natural remedies at least one hour prior to the tour due to the winding nature of the roads.
Weather Policy:
Tours will proceed in various weather conditions, but sunset visibility is not guaranteed due to natural cloud cover and changing weather patterns. Please note that no refunds will be issued if sunset viewing is limited by weather conditions.

This Activity Provider adopts a STRICT 48-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY. Cancellations MUST be received 2 days prior to your tour, NO EXCEPTIONS! You may call us at 808-707-7260 two days prior to your tour date so we can refund the total paid on your tour. There will be NO REFUNDS to cancellations made in less than 3 days or to those who NO-SHOW to their tour.
Please call us at 808-707-7260 between the hours of 7 am and 7 pm H.S.T., at least 72 hours before your tour’s start time to cancel and receive a full refund.
