What to bring or wear:
Wear comfortable clothes and reef-safe sunscreen; bring sunglasses, a camera, a light cover-up, and cash for crew gratuity (not included)
Restrictions:
Minimum age: 3
No pregnant women or those suffering from chronic back or neck issues or who have gone through a recent surgery
Weather Policies:
* During Maui winter months, tours will often be conducted in light rain and wind at the discretion of the tour’s Captain.
* Individuals must dress for all weather including sun, rain, and wind.
* Reschedule or refund options will be provided if the tour is canceled due to weather.
***48-Hour Cancellation Policy***
To cancel your tour please call us at 808-707-7260. Our agents are available Monday through Saturday between the hours of 8:30 am and 4 pm H.S.T. This activity requires that cancellations be made at least 48 hours before your tour’s start time so they may authorize a full refund. If you call outside our agent hours, please leave us a message or TEXT US. We check for voicemails and texts regularly, and will process your request as soon as possible.
**Refunds on cancellations made via voicemail, email or text can only be confirmed once an agent process it with the vendor(s).**
