What to Wear and Bring:
Wear closed-toed shoes with a heel strap (athletic or hiking shoes). NO OPEN TOE SHOES will be allowed on the course. Pants or long shorts are recommended. It’s recommended you do not wear white.
Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, and a camera.
Restrictions
* Minimum age: 6
* Weight restrictions: Minimum weight: 50 lbs. but no more than 250 lbs. All customers will be weighed at check-in. There will be NO REFUNDS for those who do not meet the weight requirements.
* All participants must prepare for some light physical activity, be able to walk up a flight of stairs, and walk a short distance over uneven terrain.
* Guests should be prepared for some light physical activity. This policy is STRICTLY ENFORCED for your own safety.
* Due to the nature of this tour, those with chronic neck, back, joints, or heart problems, as well as those who had recent surgery, should NOT participate.
* Pregnant women MAY NOT participate in this activity.
* No smoking, alcohol, or drug use is permitted before or during the tour.
***48-Hour Cancellation Policy***
Please call us at 808-707-8105 between the hours of 7 am and 7 pm H.S.T., at least 48 hours before your tour’s start time to cancel and receive a full refund.
**We DO NOT accept cancellation requests made via text, voicemail, or email. You MUST call to cancel your tour.**
Refunds will not be issued on:
* NO-SHOWS or LATE ARRIVALS
* Those weighing under 50 lbs or over 250 lbs
* Those who failed to report any disqualifying physical conditions
* Participants who choose to quit tour at or after the 3rd line.
* For all our safety, Jungle Zipline is continually monitoring updates and orders from local, state, and federal agencies concerning Coronavirus COVID-19 rules and regulations.
* All necessary precautions are being followed as advised by the Center for Disease Control-CDC, and we are implementing extensive safety protocols for our activities.
* Tour is CDC compliant. Tours and facilities are set up and scheduled to respect social distancing.
* All zipline equipment is cleaned and sanitized between each tour.
* All tours are scheduled with reduced capacity and frequency, to allow for social distancing.
