Pick Up Location – This tour picks up at most West and South Maui hotels and condominiums, or guests will meet in Kahului at Target’s parking lot.

All stops are weather and time permitting. Your guide will do everything possible to make every intended stop, however, circumstances such as weather, road, or traffic conditions may cause canceling some scheduled stops.
Participants who depend on the use of walkers or wheelchairs: This tour can accommodate those with special needs who require wheelchair access, provided the request is made at least 72 hours prior to tour start time.
Departure & Return Location:
Guests will receive convenient pick-up and drop-off from major resorts and hotels. Simply enter your hotel name when booking, and contact the Call Center to reconfirm pick-up details at least 24 hours before the tour date. Please note that pick-ups are not permitted in residential areas or B&Bs.

This Activity Provider adopts a STRICT 48-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY. Cancellations MUST be received 2 days prior to your tour, NO EXCEPTIONS! You may call us at 808-707-7260 two days prior to your tour date so we can refund the total paid on your tour. There will be NO REFUNDS to cancellations made in less than 3 days or to those who NO-SHOW to their tour.
Please call or text us at 808-707-7260 between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:30 pm H.S.T., at least 48 hours before your tour’s start time to cancel and receive a full refund.
Refunds will not be issued on NO-SHOWS or LATE ARRIVALS
