SAFETY & REEF CARE
The safety of guests is top priority for Pride of Maui. The captains and crew are CPR-trained and conduct a thorough safety orientation before guests enter the water. Lifeguards are stationed both in the water and on deck, and the vessel is equipped with all safety equipment required by the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG).
Every trip begins with a detailed safety and reef-care briefing that includes instructions on how to use the provided equipment safely.

To cancel your tour please call us at 808-707-7260. Our agents are available Monday through Saturday between the hours of 8:30 am and 4 pm H.S.T. This activity requires that cancellations be made at least 48 hours before your tour’s start time so they may authorize a full refund. If you call outside our agent hours, please leave us a message or TEXT US. We check for voicemails and texts regularly, and will process your request as soon as possible.
**Refunds on cancellations made via voicemail, email or text can only be confirmed once an agent process it with the vendor(s).**
