Parking Directions:
Passengers are required to park at Maui Harbor Shops, located at 300 Ma’alaea Road, Wailuku, HI 96793.
Please allow extra time for potential traffic, weather conditions, road construction, and parking. Additionally, factor in the 10 minute walk from the parking lot to the Boss Frog’s store to ensure you arrive for check-in at least 30 minutes prior to departure.
Follow the instructions on the signs to make your payment via QR code or text message on your phone. If you’re unable to complete the payment, please approach one of the parking lot attendants to pay in person.
Please note that failure to pay for parking may result in a fine or having your vehicle towed.
Snorkel Locations and Wildlife:
Snorkel locations are not guaranteed; they are determined daily by the captains based on weather conditions, swell height and direction, and years of experience in Maui waters. The journey to the snorkel location takes approximately 90 minutes. Guests who are prone to seasickness should prepare accordingly. While wildlife sightings are likely, they are not guaranteed.
Dietary Needs:
If guests have dietary restrictions (such as vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.), these must be noted and specific dietary requests for lunch should be made at the time of booking.
Alcohol Policy:
For safety reasons, alcoholic beverages are only served after the snorkeling portion of the tour has been completed. The minimum drinking age is 21, and a valid photo ID is required.
Operations:
Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The tour operates in most weather conditions, so please dress appropriately. A 24-hour notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

To cancel your tour, please call us at 808-707-7260. Our agents are available Monday through Saturday between the hours of 8:30 am and 4 pm H.S.T. This activity requires that cancellations be made at least 48 hours before your tour’s start time so they may authorize a full refund. If you call outside our agent hours, please leave us a message or TEXT US. We check for voicemails and texts regularly and will process your request as soon as possible.
