Guests will receive a TEXT from the luau up to two (2) days prior to the scheduled luau, which will show their table assignment and exact check-in time.
Tables will be assigned based on the booking timestamp. The earlier the booking time, the better will be the table (closest to the stage).
RAIN CALL: Management reserves the right to cancel or move the luau indoors in the event of rain or a threat of rain. If you choose to cancel your reservation due to a change in venue, you MUST contact us PRIOR to the luau. Once you check-in, no refunds will be issued.

To cancel or change your reservations, please call or text us at 808-707-7260. Our agents are available Monday through Saturday between 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. H.S.T. This activity requires cancellations to be made at least 48 hours before your tour’s start time so they may authorize a full refund. Please message us or TEXT US if you call outside our agent hours. We check for voicemails and texts regularly and will process your request ASAP.
**Refunds on cancellations made via voicemail, email, or text can only be confirmed once an agent processes it with the vendor(s).**
