**48-Hour Cancellation Policy***
To cancel your tour please call or text us at 808-707-7260. Our agents are available Monday through Saturday between the hours of 8:30 am and 4 pm H.S.T. This activity requires that cancellations be made at least 48 hours before your tour’s start time so they may authorize a full refund. If you call outside our agent hours, please leave us a message or TEXT US. We check for voicemails and texts regularly, and will process your request as soon as possible.
**Refunds on cancellations made via voicemail, email or text can only be confirmed once an agent process it with the vendor(s).**
