What to Wear or Bring:
Wear closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothing
Bring sunglasses, sunscreen, camera & cash for souvenirs, pictures, and guide gratuity
Restrictions:
Minimum age: 10
Minimum weight: 60 lbs
Maximum weight: 250 lbs
No pregnant women or those with neck/back/heart problems
Requirements:
Participants MUST wear closed-toe shoes
Participants MUST wear provided gear (helmets, hooks, etc.)
The following restrictions MUST be met by ALL participants:
Weight & Height
Maximum weight: 250 pounds. No exceptions.
Minimum weight: 60 pounds
Minimum height: 4 feet tall.
Weigh-ins are mandatory and refunds are not provided if you do not fall into this weight and height range.
Age
Minimum Age: 10 years old. No exceptions
Minors ages 10-14 must be accompanied by an adult (18 & up)
Minors ages 15-17 may zipline without an adult, however, they must have an adult sign the liability waiver.
Health
Those who are allergic to insect stings should bring appropriate medication
Participants must be comfortable climbing stairs, walking on uneven terrain, and standing for 2 hours
Participants must be able to carry up to 14 lbs
No pregnant riders
No one who suffered a recent injury that has not healed up
No one who has been through a surgical procedure in the last 12 months unless fully recovered.
No one under the influence of drugs or alcohol
Anyone who is found within the above restrictions will not be able to participate, and no refunds will be issued.
Liability Waiver
All participants must sign individual Waiver Forms on-site. A parent or legal guardian must sign the release for guests under the age of 18 to zipline.

***48-Hour Cancellation Policy***
Please call us at 808-707-7260. Agents are available Monday through Saturday between the hours of 8:30 am and 4 pm H.S.T. This activity requires that cancellations be made at least 48 hours before your tour’s start time so they will authorize a full refund. If you call outside our agent hours, please leave us a message or TEXT US. We check for voicemails and texts regularly, and will process your request as soon as possible.
**Refunds on cancellations made via voicemail, email or text can only be confirmed once an agent process it with the vendor(s).**
Refunds will not be issued on:
* NO-SHOWS or LATE ARRIVALS
* Anyone who does not meet any of the necessary requirements to participate in this activity
