What to wear or bring:
Cameras and cell phones are welcome, however, be sure to securely strap them to yourself. GoPro cameras are available to rent.
For your comfort, you should wear shorts and a t-shirt.
You can wear glasses and sunglasses, just be sure to bring your strap.
You can bring your backpack, which will be kept in a safe while you zip.
Bring your reef-safe sunscreen or clothes that help block the sun.

TOUR RESTRICTIONS
Weight & Height
Maximum weight: 260 pounds, no exceptions.
Minimum weight: 80 pounds, no exceptions.
Weigh-ins are mandatory and refunds are not provided if you do not fall into this weight and height range.

Age
Minimum Age: 10 years old. No exceptions
Minors ages 10-14 must be accompanied by an adult (18 & up)
Minors ages 15-17 may zipline without an adult, however they must have an adult sign the liability waiver.

Health
Those who are allergic to insect stings should bring appropriate medication
Participants must be comfortable climbing stairs, walking on uneven terrain, and standing for 2 hours
Participants must be able to carry up to 14 lbs
Must be able to hike 2-2.5 miles over uneven terrain at high elevation
Must be free of chronic heart problems
No pregnant riders
No one who suffered of a recent injury which has not healed up
No one who has had a surgical procedure in the last 12 months, unless fully recovered.
No one under the influence of drugs or alcohol
Anyone who is found within the above restrictions will not be able to participate, and no refunds will be issued.

Liability Waiver
All participants must sign individual Waiver Forms on-site. A parent or legal guardian must sign the release for guests under the age of 18 to zipline.

Scuba Diving
For your safety, please schedule your zipline tour more than 24 hours after any scuba diving excursion.


COVID-19 PROTOCOLS
Staff screenings: Staff receives temperature checks every day prior to work.
Facemask requirement: All guests and staff must wear masks which cover their nose and mouth at all times at company facilities, on company vehicles and throughout every tour. Guests will need to arrive with their own masks. Masks with vents are not permitted.
Social distancing: Guests are asked to social distance as much as possible during tours.
Temperature check: All guests will have their temperature taken at check-in or pick-up for their tour.
Group size will be limited to encourage social distancing on tours, and the maximum group size (including staff) will be limited in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
Cleaning and disinfecting: Tour provider uses CDC recommended products to sanitize guest equipment, and frequent touch points on vehicles and at facilities throughout the day and to deep-clean and disinfect overnight.
